You are not limited to the amount You can order. However, there is a $60.00 ordering minimum, excluding shipping and handling.
Payment instructions and an order confirmation are automatically sent to You after You place an order. If You do not receive
payment instructions and confirmation immediately, or at most within 24 hours, a network error may have occurred, or an invalid e-mail
address was submitted. In this case, please contact our Customer Service Department, or simply place a new order.
We will keep You fully informed of every step in the process of Your order, from the moment it is placed until it is shipped out!
If You wish to make any changes to a pending order, simply place a new order and ignore the former order number.
This is the least problematic and most efficient way to make the necessary changes to Your order.

Placing Items in Your Cart
First, choose a product category from one of the '
Quick Links' located at the top of the page, or through '
Our Product Categories'
in 'Our Products' section link on the left side of the screen. To place an item in Your cart, simply click on the product name.
Or, click '
Add to Cart' found in each product
pop-up window (to view a product pop-up window for complete product information, click on '…' in the
product table to the left of the product name). To resume shopping, click on '
Continue Shopping'.

Changing Quantities
Unless You change the quantity manually, '
1' box of the product will be added to Your cart when You
place an item it it. To change the quantity at anytime, enter the number of
boxes You wish to order,
and click '
Update Cart'.

Removing Items from Your Cart
To remove any item from Your cart, check the '
Delete' box and click '
Update Cart'. To remove a specific
number of items, change the quantity manually and click '
Update Cart'.

Updating Your Cart
You can change Your order at any time. If You would like to change a quantity or delete an item from Your cart, just make
the necessary changes and click 'Update Cart'.
Note, You must click 'Update Cart' after every change
You make or no change will be made.

Changing Shipment Method
To change Your shipment method, simply re-select the method You wish to use. You are not required to click 'Update Cart'.
Shipping and handling costs will be added for You during '
Checkout'.

Checkout
Once You click '
Checkout', Your order is calculated and totaled, including shipping and handling costs,
and any discount that may apply (if a product You order has a special volume discount price - refer to
the '
Volum Discount List' in 'Our Products' section - it is indicated by a yellow price
in the last column of a product table). You can still change Your order by clicking on the '
View Cart'
link on the left of the screen. Your order will not be processed until You click '
Process Order'.
To complete Your order, accurately enter the requested customer information, select a form of payment and
click '
Process Order'.

Additional Guidelines
· Your order will be saved during a 60 minute time-period. It will not be deleted unless this time
period expires, or You close the browser window.
· Click the 'View Cart' link every time You would like to go back to Your cart.
· Before You submit Your order, You can add and remove items at anytime with no obligation
to keep any item.
