How are products shipped?

We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. If no prescription is submitted, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our company name is not indicated on any package and shipments are made from various shipping points established in different countries to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery.

How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?

If the order is large enough to not fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large Your order is, we reassure You the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order.

How long does shipment process take?

Deliverance time for our Express Shipment is 1 business day within Europe, and 2-3 business days to the U.S. and the rest of the world. Estimated deliverance time for our Regular Shipment is 5-7 business days within Europe, and 10-15 business days to the U.S. and the rest of the world. However, this shipping time will depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give You an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

Why haven't I received my order within the expected time frame?

From our statistics and former experience, there are three possible situations that could occur with Your order (Regular Shipment):

Deliverance delay (most probable)
The international shipment of an order is a process that includes a series of several steps, any of which can contribute to a delay in delivery. An international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in country of origin, exportation (which includes customs dispatchment), shipment transfer through ports of exit (which normally are 1 or more specific countries in each continent), transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (which includes customs clearance), the local and national postal service in destination country, etc.
Each step has an impact on the deliverance time. Even if the majority of these steps are successfully executed in a timely manner, inefficiency or temporary inactivity during any step in between is enough to extend deliverance time over the estimated deliverance time frame. From our former experiences, shipments to one and the same destination have been delivered in as little time as 3 business days and in as much time as 4 weeks.

Customs Detention
Even though we ship with maximum discretion, and have high success rate in delivery, there is still a possibility and risk with international shipping, that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, the ordered products are subjected to: release (successful shipment), partial confiscation or full confiscation. In the case of confiscation, a seizure notification will be sent to the receiver by the customs agency or FDA in charge, after which a claim can be filed according to the information in our seizure document (please, refer to 'Shipment & Importation Issues' in the 'How To Order' section).

Lost and Misdelivered Orders (least probable)
Very seldom, but can unfortunately happen. This can be caused by incorrect shipping address, postal service mishandling, etc.

What is the best method of shipment?

You should choose the method of shipment that is best suited for Your needs. Customers that have a valid medical prescription or are ordering temperature sensitive products can obtain their medication quickly and traceable through our Express Shipment. In other cases, our Regular Shipment has excellent success rates, despite the longer deliverance time (please, refer to our 'Shipment Methods' in the 'How To Order' section).

What is the cost of shipping?

Express Shipment will be 10% of the order total with a minimum shipping charge of $40, and Regular Shipment is 8% of the order total with a minimum shipping charge of $24 (please, refer to our 'Shipment Methods' in the 'How To Order' section). However, our on-line shopping cart will do the correct calculation for You.

Do you offer shipment insurance?

Shipment insurance is available only with our Express Shipment provided a valid medical prescription is submitted to be sent with Your order. Contact our Customer Service Department for pricing.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes. However, with our Express Shipment You must include a telephone number when placing Your order for the express carrier to call in the case of deliverance problems.

Is a signature required for shipping?

With our Express Shipment, there is normally a signature required upon delivery, unless You request otherwise. This request must be made on the order form in the 'Additional Information' field when placing Your order. Since our Regular Shipment is not a recorded/registered method of shipment, it does not require a signature upon delivery.
